The Challenge
The client was managing fourteen concurrent infrastructure projects with interdependent resource pools. Their existing reporting gave them project-level status but no portfolio-level view of where resource conflicts or cascading delays were developing.
What We Did
We connected AI-powered dependency mapping and resource allocation modelling to their existing project data. The outputs were visualised in their existing project management environment so the PMO team did not need to learn new software.
The Outcome
Two resource conflicts that would have resulted in significant delays were identified four weeks before they would have become critical. The PMO director described the portfolio-level view as "something we should have had three years ago." The team now runs the system independently.
Safety Practice for a Manufacturing QA Team

What We Did
We delivered a three-week training programme covering adversarial testing techniques specific to their inspection system type, failure mode analysis methods, and a practical robustness evaluation framework the team could run quarterly.
The Outcome
During their first internal evaluation using the new framework, the QA team identified a model weakness affecting low-contrast defect types that had previously been passing inspection. The issue was corrected before it affected production output. The quarterly review cycle is now part of their standard QA calendar.
Contract Review Capacity for a Legal Team
