Do we need to have AI experience before working with you?
No prior AI experience is necessary. We begin every engagement with an assessment of your current environment and capability level. Our work is structured to build understanding progressively, so your team gains confidence alongside the implementation.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the service. Portfolio Analysis projects typically run four to eight weeks. Safety Training programmes take two to four weeks including workshop sessions and follow-up support. The Contract Analysis System implementation usually spans six to twelve weeks depending on integration complexity and contract volume.
Will AI integration disrupt our existing workflows?
Our approach strongly favours working within what you already have. We map your current tools and processes first, then identify integration points that add value without requiring you to abandon what is already working. How is our data handled during the Contract Analysis project?
